This Villa is an Oasis in the Poconos. Every detail of this home has been meticulously designed to bring your loved ones together while reconnecting you with nature & yourself. Each room was designed with a different theme with the central theme being nature. But we went beyond designing a home. We envisioned an experience that will refresh you while connecting you with the earth, your loved ones, and yourself. Walk with us below through all the ways the property will wow you. A HOT SPRING OASIS: Journey down the deck and along the path to get to our 10ft tall modern farmhouse pergola. Underneath you will see seating and a 7 seater hot tub engrossed in a mini garden. The area has been perfectly setup for your relaxation. Walk comfortably barefoot on the straw carpet to lounge on the sectional or hop into the hot tub. Connect to our bass thumping outdoor bluetooth speakers to get your jams going. And when it hits night time, turn on the fairy lights and be teleported to a Poconos wonderland. This space is our Magnum Opus and we are going to continue to improve upon it in the coming weeks. We'll be adding privacy walls, building a deck around the hot tub, and garden along the walls. So if you book now, it may look even better once you arrive! A BACKYARD HAVEN: You come to the Poconos to be outside. So our Villa makes outside fun and comfortable. Kick back on the deck around our gas fire pit while keeping cool under our large cantilever umbrella. Then step off the deck onto the grass & stone fields. In the day, enjoy badminton, pickleball, & cornhole. And when it gets dark, get around the wood firepit and find out who makes the best smores. THE BEST LOUNGE EVER: Tucked away in the back hallways of Villa Vincente is the Vincente Lounge. This lounge has all your entertainment needs. A 2-player gun arcade and a 4 player multi-game arcade. Then why go out to movies when you have movies at home? The front wall has a motorized 100" 4K projector paired with a state of the art sound system that makes the garage rumble! But you can't watch a movie without popcorn... and you won't! With over 40 flavors, enjoy our complimentary snack machines to make your own popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones. And the party is just getting started. Clear the dance floor, connect your music to the Bluetooth, turn on the strobe lights, and get club Vincente bumping! HAVE FUN TOGETHER AS FAMILY (OR AS ADULTS): Nothing in our house is more beautiful than laughter and lifelong memories. So we have stocked the house with a bunch of activities to get everyone together. Demolish your loved ones at Foosball, Pool, and Air Hockey. Or indulge in our vast collection of board games for all ages or rated 17+ for adult only fun ;). And check out our life-size Jenga & Checkers. YOUR OWN TRANQUIL SPA RETREAT: Our master bathroom was designed as a bathroom for royalty. We put in extra touches like LEDs in the niches, ceiling, and mirror. But we built it to be more than just a luxurious bathroom. Instead it will be your luxurious private spa. First, have your towel nice and toasty when you step out w/our towel warmer. Then use our indoor hot tub with aromatherapy bubble bath to soothe away every ache and worry. Finally, dry off in your warm towel step out w/our complimentary robes. You aren't just staying in the Poconos. You are reviving in the Poconos. A SMART HOME THAT MATCHES YOUR VIBE: This home is a smart home with lights on dimmers and voice activated scenes. Ambient lighting, show lights, and subtle nightlights come on at the right time to match your mood. Then turn the fireplace on with your voice using google home. But then say "Ok Google, Make it Cozy" to see the lights dim, music play in the background, and watch the house transform into a vibe! STAY IN SHAPE WHILE YOU RELAX: You took a vacation from work, not being healthy! (Well maybe a little bit lol.) So we built a bedroom with a gym & yoga studio in it. Use complimentary yoga mats with our mirror wall to rejuvenate your body. Or reinvigorate with our foldable exercise bike. A VILLA BUILT FOR EVERYONE (BABIES & IMPAIRED): Like you, we have loved ones that we want around that have a hard time getting around. So the first floor of the house is completely ADA COMPLIANT. There are portable ramps you can move to get over the front entrance stairs. All doors downstairs are +32" wide. Finally, the downstairs shower has step free access, ADA toilet, & ADA grab bars around the shower & toilet. And bring the little ones with no fear. We have all the amenities you need to take care of a baby. In the kitchen use our high chair and farmhouse baby bath. In the bedroom use our crib to sleep that can also be transformed into a changing table or play area. Finally, use our baby gate to keep them where they are supposed to be. So no matter whose in your party, this villa was built so that they can call it home. NEARBY TO ALL ATTRACTIONS Our property is located in the heart of the Poconos. We are 10-20 min away from Camelback Mountain (ski & tubing), Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Poconos Outlets, and Jack Frost Ski Resort (30 Min). There's also so many outdoor activities to do such as horseback riding, tree courses, rapids, tubing, wineries, amazing restaurants, and much more. You must announce the amount of guests who are sleeping over including any changes and guests who are just visiting for a day. Maximum amount of daytime guests is 21. Pet(s) are allowed with an additional cleaning fee and/or security deposit. They are allowed on a case by case basis. VEHICLE REGISTRATION Villa Vincente is located inside a gated community that requires all visitors to have their cars registered for your safety. I will provide and walk you through the registration form and then submit it for you. The form takes around 1 minute to complete. The property driveway can hold maximum of 6 large vehicles or 8 small vehicles. There is no street parking allowed by the community and violations come with a $100 fine. COMMUNITY AMENITIES The Villa is located inside a gated community with tons amenities you can use. This includes fireworks on holidays, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds, public lakes & beaches, splash house, and community pools. The pools and beaches are open Memorial day, and then from mid-June to Mid-September. You will need to buy a 12$ wristband per person to get access to the pools, beaches, free kayak and paddleboat rentals, mini golf, corn hole, and bochi. A beautiful community that has amenities and community events for you and your loved ones to enjoy. This includes fireworks on holidays, Cafes, clubhouses, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds, public lakes & beaches, and community pools. In the summertime, to use these amenities you need to buy a wristband from the HOA and that will allow you to use all amenities just for that day. -They give access to all Beaches, free kayak and paddleboat rentals, all pools, mini golf, corn hole, and bochi. Everything else is free to use. -Wristbands are 12$ for the day. They can be purchased by any pool entrance. *Children 3 and under get free wristbands. CLUBHOUSE & CAFE There are 2 clubhouses you can rent to throw events and one also has food. The clubhouse is located next to the pool and beach so you can eat, swim, and relax all-in one place. The clubhouses can host over 100 people. Please message me for further info if you would like to rent it with your stay as availability is subject to a calendar. POOL & BEACH INFO -All pools open memorial day weekend and then reopen June 7th till mid September. Beaches open June 29th. -All Beaches and Pools open from 11am to 7pm. -All pools are surrounded with sun Loungers and patio umbrellas that are FREE to use once inside. -There are 4 Large pools in the community each with different amenities. The one designed for all ages is a 4 minute drive from the house. E CLUB POOL: 4 Minute Drive from house. Open 7 days a week - Busiest Pool. Multi generational pool - 6" to 4'6" deep. Has a Baby Pool, Ramp Access, & ADA Lift Nearby Amenities: Cafeteria that sells burgers, fries, milkshakes, etc. Beach w/swim area & kayaks & paddle boats. 9 hole Mini golf, Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Corn hole, Ping pong, Playgrounds H CLUB POOL: 4 Minute Drive from house. Open Wed to Sunday - Pool isn't busy Adult pool - 8' deep Nearby Amenities: Charcoal Grills, Playground, Basketball Court K CLUB POOL: *exact same as E pool except: 14 Minute Drive from house. 1) Has a Large splash house instead of a baby pool. 2) Beach is w/o a swim area. Only for Kayaking. IMPORTANT ALERTS Things currently out of order in the house: 1) The ice/water machine in the fridge COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS 1) Our complimentary breakfast is enough to cover your whole group for one morning. We provide Belgian waffle and pancake mix, syrups, 2 dozen eggs, bag of fruits, and a large variety of coffee, espresso, and teas. (for reservations above 3 nights) 2) Other complimentary food in the house includes Cotton Candy Sugars, Snowcone Syrups, and Funnel Cake mix. (We don't provide popcorn for food safety reasons. But you can buy kernels and flavorings locally at the Wal-Mart.) 3) Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils & kitchen appliances including espresso & waffle maker. 4) We provide all towels, comforters, bed linens, towels, and essential toiletries to take care of yourself including feminine hygiene products. HOW TO BOOK -We review each booking request and approve them on a case by case basis. So even after you pay, please be prepared to answer our questionnaire and agree to our house rules. -We can offer early check-in and late check-out. There maybe an additional charge depending on the time and we can discuss that together. -The only discounts offered are 10% for early-bird (60 days away) and non-refundable bookings. -Each booking requires a security deposit (paid on Airbnb) to ensure the house remains in good condition for the next guest. -By booking, you agree to use the entire gym (including all exercise equipment), firepits, outdoor hot tub, and the entire spa (including the towel warmer) safely and responsibly and at your own risk.
