Originally built in 1927 and thoughtfully renovated in the 1960s, our charming DC rowhouse blends historic character with modern comfort. To ensure a pleasant stay year-round, we provide central heating and cooling, complemented by portable heaters and window AC units for personalized climate control in every season. Basement: Room 4 - queen bed & air mattress living room 2 full kitchen full bathroom ** access from the parking pad/back yard which has a commercial grade garage door Guests have full access of the entire property during their stay.
