Guests can access the entire home: Three guest bedrooms, primary and secondary bathrooms, dining room, living room, back patio, and wellness studio. We will be available through the AirBNB App if you have any questions or concerns! Check out Highly Likely for a trendy coffee shop with amazing food that turns into a great place for cocktails. Feels like a Brooklyn speakeasy by night. There’s also n/Soto, an incredible Japanese concept near West Adams serving a variety of delicious cooked and raw specialties from co-founder of the famous n/naka restaurant. For an incredibly delicious (yet pricey) Thai experience, I highly recommend Farmhouse Kitchen Thai. Lastly, for a fast casual Szechuan experience, Mian is definitely a good join. I’ll also share a few additional notables as well so you have options in the area: 1. Mizlala - delicious Israeli food. 2. Alta - soul food. 3. Johnny Pastrami - Jewish deli style food. Uber and Lyft will be your best bet for transportation, although you are about 5 minutes walk from the Crenshaw Expo Line which can take you from Santa Monica to Downtown! A refundable cleaning fee of $200 will be charged ahead of use of the Sauna. After departure our cleaning team will confirm wellness room cleaning instructions were followed and the fee will be refunded to you. If instructions are not followed, the fee will not be returned. We also require an ID of all entrants before access codes are provided. Finally, please do not turn on the alarm system from within the home. Doing so may result in the police being accidentally called and you will be responsible for paying the false alarm fee if this happens. Parking is available on the street or in the driveway, parking beyond the gate is unavailable.
